Shipping Policies

GeorgiaSupply.com is open Monday through Friday all year long with the exception of national holidays. All orders for in-stock merchandise that are received by 12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on the days that we are open will be packaged and shipped within one business day.  

Orders for in-stock merchandise that are received when we are closed will be shipped the next day that we are open. 

All orders for out-of-stock merchandise that are received by 12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on the days that we are open will be replied to within one business day for the customer’s input on how they would like for us to handle the order.

Orders for out-of-stock merchandise that are received when we are closed will be replied to the next day that we are open for the customer’s input on how they would like us to handle the order.  

The shipping rates on the website are calculated directly from USPS and UPS based on weight of the products.

Refunds/Exchanges Policy

We give Refunds or Exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase for one of the three following reasons. Click on the reason for more information. 

1)    Defective: You believe that the product that you purchased from our site is defective.

2)    Incorrect: You believe that the product that you received is not the product that you ordered from our site.

3)    Not Satisfied: You don’t believe that the product you purchased from our site is neither defective nor incorrect, but you are not satisfied.

 Defective

GeorgiaSupply.com guarantees all of our products to be free from defects and in working order at the time you receive the product. We honor all manufacturers’ warranties on the products we sell. We reserve the right to review each situation individually in order to determine the legitimacy of the claim.

In the even that certain products are determined defective, contact us and we will arrange for the product to be shipped back to us free of charge. We will then exchange or replace the product to you at no extra cost.

We may request that you contact the manufacturer for a replacement for some items.

* If a copy of the original receipt is not enclosed, it may delay or prevent us from being able to process your refund or exchange.  
** If we determine the product is NOT defective, we can do one of two things for you:  
1)    Ship the product back to you and charge you for the shipping, OR  
2)    Issue a refund for the original produce price less a 20% service fee.  
*** When deciding which way to ship a product back to us, please note that we will only issue a refund for the least expensive way, normally USPS, UPS Ground and that we DO NOT accept COD’s.

Incorrect

If you believe that the product you received from GeorgiaSupply.com is not the product that you ordered, contact us and explain the problem.

If it is incorrect because our information was incorrect, we can do one of two things for you:

1)    If the correct replacement product is available, charge you for a replacement product plus shipping, and ship the replacement to you as soon as possible, give you a Return Authorization Number and have you ship the product back to us along with a copy of the original receipt*. Then, when we receive it, if** it is incorrect, issue a refund of the original product price, the original shipping price, and the cost*** of returning the incorrect product to us.

2)    Give you a Return Authorization Number and have you ship the product back to us along with a copy of the original receipt*. Then, when we receive it, if** it is incorrect and the correct replacement product is available, we will ship you a replacement product at no charge, and refund the cost*** of returning the incorrect product to us.

If the correct replacement product is not available, when we receive the incorrect product from you along with a copy of the original receipt*, we will issue a refund of the original product price, the original shipping price, and the cost*** of returning the incorrect product to us.

* If a copy of the original receipt is not enclosed, it may delay or prevent us from being able to process your refund or exchange.
** If the product is NOT incorrect, we can do one of two things for you:  
1)    Ship the product back to you and charge you for the shipping, OR  
2)    Issue you a refund for the original product price less a 20% service fee.

Not Satisfied

If you are not satisfied with a  product that you purchased from GeorgiaSupply.com, for any reason other than a defective or incorrect product, contact us and we will give you a Return Authorization # and have you ship the product back to us along with a copy of the original receipt*.  Then, when we receive it, if** it is unused, unopened, saleable condition, we will issue you a full refund for the original price less a 5% credit card processing fee and a 15% restocking fee. 

*If a copy of the original receipt is not enclosed, it may delay or prevent us from being able to process your refund or exchange.  
** If the product has been used or is returned with dirty, torn or missing labels, wrapping, packaging, etc., you may be subject to a repackaging fee or it may delay or prevent us from being able to process your refund altogether.  
When deciding which way to ship a product back to us, please note that we will not issue a refund for the original shipping price or for the return shipping and that we DO NOT accept COD’s.

Privacy Policy

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address and phone number. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

In order to improve our services to you, we ask some of our customers to voluntarily complete surveys. Survey answers are confidential. If you do not wish to participate in the survey, simply decline to participate when asked.

If you purchase a gift certificate from our site, you will give us the recipient’s name and email address if you wish to send the certificate by email. If we wish to send a certificate by regular mail, you will give us the name, mailing information and phone number for the recipient. The recipient information you give us will only be used to send the gift certificate and for no other purpose.

GeorgiaSupply.com fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities.
